What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"I don't know who's more useless. The app or the dart police. Just like you've read in the other 1 star reviews, you make a report about anything suspicious, disruptive or dangerous and by the time someone actually shows up (IF they even do) the whole thing is already over and someone is possibly left injured or worst. And the people responsible is long gone. Dart needs to have dart officers on board of every train as long as they are running. Dart as a company needs to get their act together."
Librarian
"See all other 1 star reviews"
Zach Middleton
"Almost worthless, you send in a complaint then instead of acting on it they start sending questions over and over by the time they act if they ever do, someone could die or the perp is long gone. Need police on trains where they belong."
Andrew Barbay
"I've been able to summon DART Police when someone's being harmed or threatened."
Thomas Hooker
"Very helpful in deciding on what bus route and train route to take to make your trip easy peasy understandably for the non tech-savvy"
Don E. Herod
"There's no such thing as being too safe. This is an excellent tool for anyone using public transit in Dallas."
Noah Blessing
"Its very easy to use & very helpful."
T-Bar Boggs
"Useless app. Takes responders a good 15 minutes to even reply to your message. Another 30 minutes for an officer to actually show up. Person is long gone by then. This is the 4th time I used this app and responders failed to take action every time. Don't waste your phone space with this app. DART does not take your security seriously. Officers aren't there, cameras don't work or aren't present in parking lots/trains."
Tanaeem Abu
"So after months of no use, this thing suddenly pops up a notification that says "fetching new messages". I open the app to find out why and get a new EULA - one that's about a thousand pages long and forces you to waive your right to sue. The point of a safety app is to make you feel MORE SAFE, not to make you feel like you're using a government surveillance app that could turn on you at any moment! Even if this's all a misunderstanding, it's still a BIG enough one to make this worth one star."
Jason Sanders
"this app is worthless. i tried to use it to report a basketball game going on at the common area between the north amf south bound umderground platforms at Cityplace and a vagrant asleep on the northbound platform. however i got a message that reports could not be made with this app. so what is it good for?"
